To find your perfect fit, measure the circumference of your head about one inch above your eyebrows. Most of our hats feature an internal drawstring or Velcro® adjustment system to ensure a comfortable, custom fit.
What does the UPF 50+ rating mean?
A UPF 50+ rating is the highest sun protection rating available for fabric. It means our hats block 97.5% to 98% of harmful UV rays, helping to protect your skin during outdoor activities.
Can I pack my Wallaroo hat in a suitcase?
Many of our styles are specifically designed to be 'packable' or 'crushable.' We recommend stuffing the crown with soft items like socks or t-shirts and laying it flat in your luggage to maintain its shape during travel.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your hat. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return unworn items with original tags within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
How should I clean and care for my hat?
We recommend spot cleaning your hat with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid submerging your hat in water or machine washing it, as this can damage the fibers and alter the shape.
