  Carefully place your unworn hat in its original packaging to ensure it maintains its shape during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to your package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
